Direct billing is available for Canadian Armed Forces, Blue Cross, Veterans Affairs Canada, Green Shield, SSQ Financial Group and RBC insurance. We also accept cash, credit card or e-transfer. Covered under Brock University, Niagara College, and DSBN (OTIP) benefit plans.
 
Many benefit plan providers provide coverage for counselling services. Please consult with your provider to determine coverage options for Social workers with an RSW and/or MSW designation.
 
Your receipt is considered a medical expense and can be used for income tax purposes. 

​Cancellation Policy: All sessions must be canceled 24 hours in advance. We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise therefore sessions that are not cancelled within that period will be considered “late cancellations”. After 2 “late cancellations” clients will need to provide a non-refundable payment 48 working hours before the session to hold your spot. If a client does attend their session without notice to their therapist, or is more than 15 minutes late, this will be considered a “no show” after 2 “no shows” clients will need to provide non-refundable payment 48 hours in advance to hold your spot.
